Answers, not spreadsheets
A drag-and-resize dashboard grid with per-widget filters over 17 dimensions — and Ask, an assistant that answers questions about the plan in plain French or English.
Dashboards
- 12-column grid, drag-and-resize: KPI tiles (planned, booked, active campaigns, pending confirmations), campaign flowchart, budget split by media type and by country, monthly trend planned vs booked, a needs-attention list, top campaigns, world map of net budget.
- Rolling periods (current year, year to date, last 12 months) or fixed dates per widget.
- Per-widget filters over 17 dimensions, with cascading options (area → zone → country, media type → media → position/format).
- Display currency per dashboard.
- Global search: find any campaign, title, media or setting instantly, filtered by your rights.
Ask — the assistant
- Ask in plain French or English: “Print investment in France in 2025, by month”, “share of cinema in 2026”, “compare 2026 with 2025”.
- Answers as a figure, a split, a trend, a comparison or a table, with the chart type you asked for, and a spoken sentence.
- Voice in, voice out: dictate the question, have the answer read aloud, with per-language voices.
- Follow-up questions keep the context; ambiguous names trigger a clarification instead of a guess.
- Trust by design: the language model only produces a query description; every figure comes from the same audited reporting engine as the dashboards, scoped to the user's rights. No number is ever generated by the AI.
